Prices: Single-family homes will cost between $120,000 and $300,000; a townhome between $80,000 and $140,000. Apartments will rent from $300 to $600.
Schools: There are three: two elementary schools and one middle school. Florida Atlantic University will build a satellite campus there.
When: First houses complete by spring 1997. Abacoa is slated for completion in 2015.
