Tamir received her law degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, graduating second in her class. Tamir is a member of the Florida Bar and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. She has written articles for the Nova Law Review and has received the West Publishing Company Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement.

Yves Beaumier of North Miami Beach, a 12-year veteran of the real estate business, has joined the Aventura/North Miami Beach office of Coldwell Banker Residential
Real Estate, Inc. Beaumier, who began his career with Re/Max is originally from Quebec. He specializes in the residential single family and condominium markets.

Eric Gitlin of Aventura has joined Tinsley Advertising as media manager. He will now supervise national and regional media planning and buying for spot television, radio and
print. Gitlin earned his bachelor's degree in business economics at the State University of New York at Oneonta.
