School Board names 8 to posts at Nova
Broward County School Board members approved eight personnel appointments Tuesday for the Nova Schools in Davie. The moves are part of the public school district's effort to redesign its four Nova schools, which include a high school, a middle school and two elementary schools.Those appointed are: Alister Alexis, Nova support specialist, Evaluation and Testing; Michele Gizzi, Nova support specialist, Partnerships and Community; Coleen Casey, Nova support specialist, Business; Gary Adkins, Nova support specialist, Research and Development; Kathryn Collins, Nova support specialist, Technology; Thomas James, Nova support specialist, Facilities and Transportation; Amelia Zagami, Assistant Principal Nova site, high school; and Keith Luna, staff assistant.
